SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

We are hiring immediately for a full‑time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position. Location Capital One – 333 Westlake Avenue N, Seattle, WA 98109. Note: online applications accepted. Schedule Full‑time, Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 2:30 pm. Details provided during interview. Requirements • Barista and supervisory experience required. • Internal employee referral bonus available. Fixed Pay Rate $22.30 per hour. Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety. Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned.
