Weekend RN Supervisor
Facility: Acclaim Rehabilitation & Nursing Center
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Schedule: Part-Time | Weekend | All Shifts Available
Pay Rate: $50–$53/hour

Acclaim Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Weekend Supervisor to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care while mentoring nursing staff and ensuring smooth weekend operations.

What You'll Do

Provide leadership and clinical oversight during weekend shifts
Support the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing with daily operations
Supervise, mentor, and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
Ensure high-quality resident care while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations
Participate in surveys, audits, and regulatory inspections
Monitor resident care plans and assist with discharge planning
Coordinate staffing assignments to ensure appropriate coverage
Conduct rounds to evaluate resident care and staff performance
Address clinical concerns and resolve issues promptly
Assist with admissions and ensure a smooth transition for new residents
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
Oversee medication administration and treatment accuracy
Perform resident assessments and provide direct patient care as needed
Assist with staff coaching, evaluations, and ongoing education
Support additional nursing and operational responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Current, active RN license in the State of New Jersey
Minimum of 2 years of long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience
At least 1 year of nursing supervisory experience
Current CPR certification
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
