General Manager

Are you a people-first restaurant leader looking to take the next step in your General Manager career? We are seeking a growth-minded, hands-on General Manager to lead a high-volume quick service restaurant. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values team development, and is passionate about delivering consistent operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

General Manager Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary range of $65,000 – $70,000, depending on experience and with relocation assistance
Monthly and quarterly performance-based bonus opportunities

General Manager Job Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of restaurant General Manager experience
Proven success leading and developing management teams
Strong understanding of labor management, food cost, and restaurant financials
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
ServSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Hamburger University Graduate

General Manager Job Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, coach, and retain a high-performing restaurant team
Set and maintain high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to achieve performance goals
Control labor, food, and operating costs while driving profitability
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
Lead by example and develop future leaders within the restaurant
Deliver an exceptional guest experience on every shift
