Job Description:

We are seeking a Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This position is responsible for greeting visitors in person and by telephone, directing inquiries appropriately, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and answer incoming telephone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel
• Complete security procedures, including issuing visitor badges
• Maintain meeting rooms and common office areas
• Receive, process, and ship incoming and outgoing packages
• Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Perform general administrative support duties as assigned
• Operate standard office equipment, including computers, phones, printers, and copiers
• Support additional office functions and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of administrative, receptionist, or related office experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skills
• Strong typing skills (40+ WPM)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a business environment

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $16.00 hourly not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
