Human Resources ManagerThe Human Resources Manager will serve as a key member of the Baltimore Division leadership team, helping connect business goals with the day-to-day employee experience. This role partners closely with the General Manager and site leadership team to shape and execute the division's people strategy, including workforce planning, leadership coaching, employee relations, recruiting, retention, succession planning, and organizational development.Responsibilities include partnering with the General Manager and leadership team to understand business priorities and develop people strategies that support current and future talent needs, workforce planning, organizational design, retention, and succession planning. The HR Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders by providing coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance management, corrective action, conflict resolution, investigations, terminations, and day-to-day people leadership. They will champion a people-first culture by modeling consistent leadership behaviors, promoting accountability, and supporting a respectful and engaged workplace. The role also involves leading employee relations efforts, managing the talent acquisition process, driving organizational development initiatives, overseeing HR operations, policies, and practices, analyzing compensation and benefit trends, maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations, and planning and supporting employee communication, recognition, engagement, and feedback initiatives.Qualifications include excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality, thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, and proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required, with a minimum of three years of human resource management experience preferred. Union experience is a plus, and PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP are highly desired.Compensation and benefits include a competitive wage, a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, wellness programs, STD, LTD, life insurance, and company matching 401(k). Pay Range for this role is $90,000-$120,000.
