Responsibilities will include: Managing the end to end execution and organisation of trading agreements, full life cycle of trading agreements. Collaborating with internal teams to support other teams internal with documentation workflows. Supporting regulatory and legal frameworks applicable to trading agreements such ass (e.g., ISDAs, CSAs, prime brokerage, clearing agreements) to support regulatory adherences (Dodd-Frank, EMIR, UK/Ireland/Asia) and manage/negotiate standard and non-standard provisions in trading agreements (escalating to counsel as appropriate). Candidates must have a number of years experience working as a Paralegal in a law firm or financial services.
