- Hourly Pay Rate: $63.83
- Pay package discussed upon application

- Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable

- Provide specialized nursing care to acutely ill patients in a trauma, surgical, neuro, OB, cardiac, and medically unstable units
- Monitor and assess patient conditions with Q1H or more frequent checks
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as per physician orders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and update patient care plans
- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and recovery processes
- Valid Massachusetts RN license in good standing
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in CCU/ICU settings
- Strong assessment skills and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
