Act as the main point of contact for patients, their families, surgeons, and the multidisciplinary team. Conduct thorough assessments and provide education to patients and families. Develop and implement individualized care plans. Manage the waitlist effectively and ensure compliance with regulatory documentation. Qualifications and Requirements Current Registered Nurse license. Experience in transplant coordination or a related field is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
