As an Estimator , you'll play a key role in Pavilion's preconstruction efforts, independently leading estimates and helping position projects for success from the earliest stages.

You'll work closely with Preconstruction, Business Development, Operations, project owners, consultants, and trade partners to develop competitive estimates, evaluate risk, build strong scopes, and contribute to pursuit strategy.

We're looking for an experienced estimator who brings strong technical knowledge, sound judgment, established industry relationships, and a competitive, solutions-oriented mindset.

• Independently lead estimates, budgets, bids, and proposals for prospective projects
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and analyze plans, specifications, and construction documents
• Develop comprehensive scopes of work and identify scope gaps, risks, and opportunities
• Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and supplier proposals
• Assess subcontractor coverage and develop strategies to strengthen project pricing
• Participate in pursuit strategy, value engineering, and constructability reviews
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and industry partners
• Collaborate with Preconstruction, Business Development, and Operations throughout the pursuit process
• Support the transition of awarded projects from preconstruction into operations
• Take ownership of estimating deliverables, deadlines, and results

• 7+ years of progressive construction estimating experience , ideally with increasing responsibility and advancement
• Experience estimating multifamily, commercial, or similarly complex general contracting projects
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead estimates from initial review through bid submission
• Strong understanding of scopes of work, quantity takeoffs, subcontractor coverage, risk evaluation, and bid leveling
• Proven ability to develop and maintain subcontractor and supplier relationships
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across Preconstruction, Business Development, and Operations
• A self-starting, solutions-oriented approach with strong personal accountability
• Sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities
• A competitive mindset and drive to pursue successful project outcomes

Direct experience in Reno, Las Vegas, or the broader Nevada construction market is highly valued, particularly for candidates with established subcontractor and supplier relationships in the region.

We will also consider experienced estimators from Northern California, Idaho, Utah, and Arizona whose project experience and trade relationships can translate effectively into the Nevada market.
