Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000+ yearly total compensation Responsibilities: What You'll Do You'll serve as the primary advisor during prospective client consultations, helping families understand their options and confidently move forward. Responsibilities include: Conduct scheduled consultations with prospective clients. Build trust through thoughtful questions, active listening, and education. Recommend estate planning and elder law solutions based on each family's goals. Confidently ask for the business when the solution is the right fit. Maintain disciplined follow-up with prospective clients who need additional time. Track consultations, opportunities, and conversion metrics within our CRM. Build and strengthen relationships with referral partners throughout the St. Louis region. Collaborate closely with attorneys, intake, and operations to create an exceptional client experience. Represent Polaris Estate Planning and Elder Law with professionalism, integrity, and credibility.
