Role Summary The Operations Analyst at Winixx supports the operational leadership team with data analysis, process documentation, and project coordination — helping the business run more efficiently and making sure that operational decisions are grounded in accurate, timely information. What You'll Do Analyze operational data across freight, fleet, and vendor segments to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities Build and maintain operational dashboards and reports for department managers Support the development and documentation of standard operating procedures and operational playbooks Coordinate cross-functional operational projects from planning through execution Assist with vendor and partner performance tracking and reporting Conduct ad hoc research and analysis in response to operational questions from leadership Identify process bottlenecks and develop data-backed recommendations for improvement Support the preparation of operational performance reports for executive leadership What We're Looking For 2+ years of operations analyst, business analyst, or strategy analyst experience Strong SQL and Excel or Google Sheets skills Experience building operational dashboards and reports Excellent organizational and project coordination skills Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and documentation Analytical mindset with a process-improvement orientation Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Economics, or a related field Experience in logistics, marketplace, or technology operations is a plus Benefits Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Performance bonus program tied to individual and company milestones Hybrid work environment with flexible scheduling Career growth opportunities across 30+ SaaS products and multiple verticals Front-row seat at a technology company at the beginning of a major national expansion Collaborative, mission-driven team environment Paid time off and company holidays Professional development and continuing education support Equal Opportunity Employer Statement Winixx Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
