Your mission is to maintain cleanliness, organization, andsanitation standards while supporting the BOH team in delivering an exceptionaldining experience. Key Responsibilities Washand sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently andconsistently Maintaincleanliness and organization in dishwashing areas, kitchen stations, andstorage spaces Operatedishwashing machines and ensure they are stocked with proper chemicals Assistwith removal of trash and recycling, ensuring proper waste disposalprocedures are followed Keepkitchen floors, drains, and workstations clean and free of hazards Ensureall kitchen tools and equipment are properly stored and ready for use Workcollaboratively with the BOH team to keep service running smoothly Followhealth department sanitation requirements and adhere to safety guidelines Assistwith basic prep work and food handling as needed Executetasks assigned by Chefs and Kitchen Leadership with professionalism andenthusiasm What We’re Looking For Previousexperience as a dishwasher or in a kitchen support role preferred but notrequired Abilityto work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strongattention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization Willingnessto support the BOH team and contribute to overall kitchen success Mustbe able to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 lbs.
