Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Acute hospital clinical rotation experience accepted for new graduates

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 0800-1700
• Weekends not required
• Practice setting: Rural acute hospital
• EMR: Epic
• Unit details: 26 MedSurg beds, 5 ICU beds, 20 ED beds
• Support staff includes 2 PRN PTAs and a rehab tech
