Summer is here, call volume is climbing, and we need experienced senior techs ready to hit the ground running. What You Get: $30 - $42/hour based on experience Overtime opportunities are plentiful right now Consistent commercial work year round with an established and growing team What You'll Do: Service, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems Perform chiller maintenance, inspections, and replacements Service and maintain cooling towers including mechanical repairs and cleaning Install and maintain heat pump systems across commercial and high rise environments Diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical issues Work on large scale commercial installations and system replacements Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical plans Ensure all work meets building codes and safety standards What We Need: 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience required Hands on experience with chillers, cooling towers, and heat pumps EPA Certification required Valid driver's license required Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills Comfortable working independently and leading in the field South Florida is heating up and so is our workload.
