Responsibilities Own store success and take ownership for store employees’ work-related needs, store leadership, staffing and scheduling, maintaining labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and all other store functions. Provide timely escalation resolution for guest issues and clearly communicate company objectives and priorities to team members with timely follow-up. Build, develop, and mentor your sales team; teach and coach the sales process to achieve Every Guest Every Time. Attract and retain top-caliber employees; engage in sales strategy development to showcase products and services; ensure employees meet monthly success metrics and complete training on time. Drive business forward by motivating the team to deliver in every guest interaction and optimize customer and employee experience in a fast-paced environment. Engage in business operations including budgeting, forecasting, analyzing, and providing sales reports. Develop and implement sales tools and initiatives; manage inventory compliance and store performance. Think of innovative ways to drive traffic and capitalize on the existing customer base. Own guest escalations and provide timely resolutions; communicate effectively with the team. Benefits are subject to the terms and conditions of the plan. Compensation Pay will include a base rate of $16.00/hour with uncapped earning potential through commission. You Will Need To Have 1–3 years of experience in a retail sales environment; 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals Ability to balance multiple priorities in a multifaceted environment Set goals, evaluate performance, and develop a high-performing team Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge High school diploma or GED One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods At least 18 years of age; legally authorized to work in the United States Physical Requirements Ability to lift ten pounds Ability to stand for long periods Training Requirements All General Managers are required to attend and complete a 4-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of start date. A 3-day General Manager University (SMU) training program is required within 30 days of completing NHU. Various online and computer-based trainings will be required throughout employment.
