Controller Process Integration Lead

Job Description Lead day‑to‑day controllership functions, with a primary focus on: Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) Month‑end close support and book consolidation Provide operational oversight across financial processes including billing, payments, procurement, and record‑to‑report activities Manage and mentor a small accounting team (2 accountants), including delegation, coaching, and performance oversight Drive issue resolution and ensure timely, accurate execution of all financial activities Support end‑to‑end accounting operations in a small business environment, including customer invoicing and subcontractor workflows Develop, standardize, and improve financial processes where systems and workflows are currently not integrated Partner cross‑functionally to ensure seamless financial operations from sales through invoicing and revenue recognition Oversee intercompany accounting processes and help resolve existing inefficiencies Support broader integration efforts, including system alignment and process consolidation over time Equal Employment Opportunity We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
