Construction Superintendent - Louisville, KY

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Superintendent to oversee the completion of a $60 million pharmaceutical manufacturing project. This position involves ground-up construction on an existing campus and will transition to a subsequent project in Louisville, KY upon completion.

Direct rollover into a follow-on project once this one wrap

Monthly per diem offered, home rotation

Mobilization/demobilization cost covered

5+ years of experience in construction site management.

Proven experience as a Superintendent on MEP projects (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).

Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Biopharmaceutical industry or large manufacturing.

Experience with Procore or similar project management software.

This position involves working on large-scale construction projects within the pharmaceutical and biotechnological industries. The role includes site inspections and requires interaction with various stakeholders, including subcontractors and vendors. The work environment emphasizes safety, quality control, and effective communication. The position offers a monthly per diem and the opportunity for home rotations, with initial mobilization and demobilization support.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lexington, KY.

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $70.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
