Bilingual Patient Registrar & Scheduling Specialist
Access Community Health Center
Access Community Health Centers in Madison, WI is seeking a Regular Full-Time Registrar to register patients, schedule appointments, and verify demographics and insurance in a centralized call center. You will route messages, support interdepartmental workflows, and maintain accurate records with a patient‑centered approach.
The role emphasizes critical thinking, multitasking, and comfort with computer and web applications in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
