Opportunity

We are seeking enthusiastic and growth-minded leaders to join our Restaurant Leadership team at Chick-fil-A . This hands-on leadership opportunity is designed for individuals who desire to grow in leadership while working alongside a high-performing team in one of the most respected restaurant brands in the nation.

This role is intentionally flexible based on experience and leadership capacity. Opportunities may include Team Leadership, Shift Leadership, Hospitality Leadership, Operations Leadership, and Director-level development pathways.

One thing that makes this organization unique is that all leaders begin operationally alongside the team in order to build trust, learn the business, and set themselves up for long-term success. Leaders are expected to work hands-on in the restaurant daily while coaching, developing, and serving others through example.

Background Profile

• Desire to grow in leadership and make a meaningful impact
  
• Leadership experience (required)
  
• Bachelor's Degree completed, in progress, or relevant comparable Leadership experience

• Strong work ethic with a willingness to lead hands-on in operations
