About Family Pillars Home Care

Family Pillars is a growing home care agency committed to providing compassionate, reliable care to seniors and adults in need of support. We are expanding across multiple counties and are looking for dedicated HHAs and CNAs to join our team.

We are seeking a professional, top-tier caregiver for a stable, long-term case that initially starts with weekend shifts but will rapidly expand into a 24/7 schedule. This premium position offers a dedicated professional the opportunity to establish a strong relationship with a wonderful patient from day one while quickly scaling up their hours. It is an ideal role for someone looking to secure a high-hour schedule featuring significant overtime opportunities.

Responsibilities

WEEKENDS AVAILABILITY 

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Provide companionship and emotional support Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding Light housekeeping and meal preparation Follow the care plan and report changes to the care team Maintain a safe and respectful environment.

 

Requirements HHA

HHA Certificate or CNA License (required)

CPR Certification

Level 2 Background Check (or willingness to obtain)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to work independently and professionally
