As part of our Warehouse & Event Logistics Crew, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our events run smoothly. From preparing and transporting equipment to setting up and breaking down event spaces, you’ll be the backbone of our operations. If you’re organized, reliable, and ready to roll up your sleeves, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Here’s what you’ll be doing as part of our team:

• Prepare and organize equipment and supplies like propane grills, smokers, catering items, linens, and décor.
• Load and unload company vehicles with care and efficiency.
• Transport equipment and supplies to and from event locations as assigned.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown , ensuring everything is in place for a flawless experience.
• Inspect, clean, and store equipment after events, tracking any missing or damaged items.
• Maintain a safe and organized warehouse , including inventory counts and restocking.
• Safely lift, carry, and move equipment and supplies (up to 50 lbs).

We’re seeking someone who brings the following to the table:

• Reliability and professionalism —you’re punctual and ready to deliver excellence.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with our dynamic team.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment where no detail is too small.
• Commitment to genuine hospitality and Monique’s service standards.
• Willingness to pitch in wherever needed —we’re all about teamwork.
• Previous experience with propane or electric smokers and safe handling of electrical extension cords is a plus.
