Description: Rapids Reproductions, Inc. | Dubuque, IA Starting Pay: $16-$20+ per hour depending on experience

Looking for a job where every day is different?

Rapids Reproductions is a locally owned printing and graphics company looking for a 

dependable, customer-focused team member to join our Dubuque office. This is a full-time, 

Monday through Friday position with a consistent daytime schedule, great benefits, and 

opportunities to learn valuable skills in digital printing, production, customer service, and 

finishing. Previous printing experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train 

motivated candidates with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday

• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Day shift

• Overtime available as needed

• No regular evenings or weekends

What You'll Do

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and by email

• Process customer orders and answer questions

• Operate digital printing equipment

• Perform finishing and bindery work

• Package completed projects

• Help maintain an organized production area

• Make occasional local deliveries when needed

• Work as part of a team to meet customer deadlines

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Attention to detail and ability to stay organized

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service experience

• Print shop, graphics, production, manufacturing, sign, or mailing experience

• Experience using computers and common business software
