Job Description:

Requirements:

• RN licensure in GA or Compact license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years acute care RN experience
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Experience with patient ratios of 4:1
• Preferred: Trauma Level I experience, community hospital experience
• Unit-specific skills: Pre/post care for Cath Lab and EP patients, dysrhythmia recognition/management, 12-lead EKG, sheath pull and TR band management, pre-op medications, post-procedure care, glucometer and i-STAT use, isolation precautions/PPE
• Charting experience in Epic preferred

Compliance / Notes:

• Onboarding/compliance timeline: Complete core items/labs within 48 hours of contract signing. All compliance documents due Tuesday prior to start. Full compliance required to start on time; delay may push start by ~2 weeks. Modules and some orientation items are non-billable and vary by specialty.
• Pre-approved time off: One request per contract. RTO max: 7 days per contract.
• Holiday expectations: Expected to work one major holiday if one falls in the assignment, both if two, and two of three if three major holidays fall in the assignment. Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Day, and New Year's Eve/Day.
• Orientation: 20 hours (non-billable hours may vary by contract length).
