The role focuses on leveraging AI responsibly for development, refactoring, testing, and production hardening while ensuring code quality, security, and maintainability.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, refactor, test, and production-harden Java and React components using AI-assisted development tools while applying strong engineering judgment.

Guide teams in reviewing and improving AI-generated code to ensure production readiness, quality, security, and maintainability.

Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams while participating in Agile ceremonies and end-to-end SDLC activities.
