Join the opening team at the newest Jamba + Auntie Anne's location in Block 59, Naperville, IL . We are looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Starting Pay
- Team Member: Starting at $13.00–$15.00/hour
- Shift Leader: Starting at $15.00–$17.00/hour
(Pay based on experience, availability, and qualifications.)

Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude.
- Prepare Jamba smoothies, bowls, fresh juices, and Auntie Anne's pretzels according to brand standards.
- Accurately take customer orders and operate the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards.
- Restock products and supplies throughout each shift.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Additional Shift Leader Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate team members during assigned shifts.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and excellent guest experiences.
- Support training and coaching of new employees.
- Handle customer concerns professionally.
- Assist with cash handling, inventory, and store opening/closing responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and maintain high food quality standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
