Registered Nurse - Wound Care (Nursing)We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Wound Care to join our clinical team. This position involves providing specialized care and recommendations for patients with wound, ostomy, and/or continence needs.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care for individuals with wound, ostomy, and continence issues.Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans.Educate patients and families about wound care management and treatment options.Collaborate with the consulting team to implement specialized care strategies.Document care activities and monitor patient progress using Cerner electronic health records.QualificationsMust possess a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in wound care nursing.Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.Certification as a Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse (CWOCN) is preferred.This position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.This is a temporary position with a contract duration of 13 weeks.We invite qualified candidates who are passionate about wound care nursing to apply and join our team in making a difference in patient lives.
