Job Title: Superintendent of Construction Job Description

As a Superintendent of Construction, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating all on-site construction activities. You will develop and maintain both short-term and long-term project schedules, ensuring that daily and weekly work activities align with schedule milestones.

• Plan daily and weekly work activities to ensure schedule milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, material deliveries, equipment, and labor resources.
• Monitor project quality to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and company standards.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget.

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction.
• Proven experience managing ground-up and renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and sequencing.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 30 Certification.

• Experience with federal, government, or public-sector projects.
• Procore experience.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

The work environment involves working on various projects such as Disney and Higher Education projects. Employees receive paid health benefits. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cape Canaveral, FL.

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $115000.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
