Qualifications Associate degreefrom an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Certification and licensurerequirements asestablishedby state and national boardassociations. Active state license Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure.
