Job Description – Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – SNF

Plumas District Hospital is hiring an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a full-time night shift position in the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). The LVN will provide direct patient care, monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, maintain documentation, and support residents under the supervision of an RN. Candidates must have an active California LVN license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of LVN experience.

Position Details:

• Location: Quincy
• Shift: 3 x 12-hour night shifts
• Pay Range: $29.16 – $41.57/hour
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
• Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time
• Specialty: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Requirements:

• Active California LVN License
• CPR Certification
• Graduate of approved LVN program
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
