305 Squeezed is looking for a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to help expand our presence throughout South Florida.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business, opening new accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This is primarily a field sales position, and the representative will regularly visit potential and existing customers throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and open new retail and foodservice accounts.

• Visit supermarkets, independent grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, gyms, hotels, and other potential customers.

• Present and sell the 305 Squeezed portfolio of premium cold-pressed, HPP juices and beverages.

• Build relationships with business owners, store managers, buyers, and purchasing managers.

• Generate leads and actively identify new sales opportunities throughout the assigned territory.

• Follow up consistently with prospective customers and convert leads into active accounts.

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.

• Identify opportunities to increase sales and introduce additional products to existing accounts.

• Monitor product availability, placement, and presentation at customer locations.

• Introduce new products, promotions, and sales programs to customers.

• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, prospects, follow-ups, new accounts, and sales activity.

• Provide regular updates regarding sales activity, new opportunities, customer feedback, and market conditions.

• Coordinate with the operations and logistics team to ensure new accounts are properly onboarded and serviced.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience preferred, especially in food & beverage, CPG, grocery, retail, restaurant, or foodservice sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, organized, proactive, and results-oriented.

• Comfortable approaching new businesses and generating sales through in-person visits.

• Ability to independently manage a sales territory and customer pipeline.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

• Ability to travel throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County.

• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
