Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist Outpatient position is available in Rockwall, Texas. This outpatient therapy role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring quality documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines. Candidates must bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Rockwall, Texas
• Schedule: Days, 8-hour shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; active/applicable license for the State where work will be performed
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with outpatient therapy preferred
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The therapist will evaluate assigned patients, utilize clinical reasoning to develop treatment plans, and participate in professional development and student programs. Responsibilities include ensuring care is provided under physician orders, maintaining licensure, adhering to professional and organizational standards, and contributing to performance improvement initiatives. The role requires ethical conduct and compliance with discipline-specific State Practice Acts and regulations.
