Job Description:Product Line ManagerCrowe is seeking an engaging Product Line Manager to be responsible for delighting customers with a suite of impactful products in the Healthcare industry. This position focuses on our offerings, and related products, serving hospital CFOs and their jobs-to-be-done. You will seek market and customer feedback and collaborate with business stakeholders, technologists, and marketing to define product, pricing, positioning, and promotion strategies to exceed goals for the suite of products in our offerings. You are a critical advocate for your products and its impact with customers and a key leader in prioritizing our technology investments.Responsibilities:Determine, understand, harmonize, and share customer needsAct as the “messenger of the market” from the outside-in to the rest of the organizationProvide insights to Stakeholders regarding our products and the marketConvert the business strategy into a product line strategy and visionCollaborate with Stakeholders to prepare a product roadmap that illustrates product vision and is responsive to changing market conditionsDevelop and maintain a business proposal that makes a compelling case for continued investment into your productsCollaborate with sales, marketing, development, and supportCollaborate with other Stakeholders such as product marketing on the creation of positioning for your productsDetermine and/or assess product pricing in conjunction with market research, customer interviews, firm leadershipCreate user stories, features, and epics for current and future products based on the market opportunities and addressing customer problemsOwn and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and collaborating with Product Owners and Business Analysts to complete written specifications for the product engineering teamManage the entire product life cycle from sunsetting legacy products to prototyping and testing new features/products and ideasDrive buy-build-partner analysis, and where necessary, review potential acquisitions or partner relationships for the productKnow why we are winning and losing in the market, and drive changes to our product and processes to create improvementKeep a finger on the pulse of our competition and develop strategies and tactics to reduce the threatOwn, assess, and measure the value of the product increments deliveredGather and analyze feedback from customers and product usage telemetrySupervise all stages of the product lifecycle from ideation to launch to scaleCommunicate value of product to customers and stakeholders, performing demonstrations and/or collaborating with sales engineersSkills:Strong empathy and facilitation capabilitiesTech savvy and passionate about building productsCreative thinking and attention to detailExcellent communication, presentation, and leadership qualitiesExcellent organizational and time management skillsIn-depth knowledge of Agile methodologyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsMetrics-driven: Strong analytical and synthesis skills are a mustCurious and comfortable holding professional conversations with our target buyers and users.Must be a strong writer and public speaker in front of large, senior groups.Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business or technology field, MBA preferred10+ years of marketing, development, sales, or product management experience5+ year working in or serving the healthcare industry, in particular the finance functionExperience with design thinking techniques and working with Scrum Teams in an Agile environmentPlatform product management experienceProduct Management certification a plusDemonstrated skills in analytics and reportingExperience with Agile Project Management Tools, Azure dev ops a plusExperience with SaaS pricingThis position requires a minimum of 10% travel#LI-RemoteOur Benefits:At Crowe, we know that great people are what makes a great firm.
