The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, leadership experience, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. This role is responsible for overseeing daily OR operations, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision of the Operating Room team, ensuring efficient, safe, and effective surgical care delivery Oversee scheduling, staffing, performance management, and professional development of clinical staff Collaborate with physicians, perioperative staff, and other departments to optimize patient outcomes and OR efficiency Monitor and ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing Current Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license (or ability to obtain upon hire) Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (upon hire) Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a perioperative setting Recent first-line management experience (e.g., Charge Nurse, Supervisor, Assistant Nurse Manager, or equivalent leadership role) Preferred Qualifications: CNOR certification Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field Experience with OR budget management, quality improvement initiatives, and EMR systems Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Management Industries Hospitals and Health Care Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Cross Country Healthcare by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Manager” roles.
