Looking for a skilled Sales Lead Broker

We are hiring a Lead Broker. Remotely from the comfort of your home, the beach, or a remote island! You will be responsible for researching the businesses we currently have in our CRM and keeping our CRM of potential clients up to date. Once you have identified a potential client, you will need to initiate contact with them and build relationships to understand their needs and interests. In addition to acquiring new leads and clients, you will also need to manage and maintain our existing database of leads, keeping it up to date and organized for easy retrieval and analysis. You will need to work closely with our Lead Software Engineer to communicate what our clients and potential clients' pain points are, so engineering can develop software to produce a quality lead for our clients. (Most of the software we use in lead generation we custom wrote, giving us full control.) To be successful in this role, you will need to be proactive, persistent, and skilled at building relationships. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles. Additionally, you should be comfortable working with data and analytics tools to track and measure your success. A working knowledge and understanding of software, databases, sales funnels, and lead nurturing is helpful but not a requirement. However, there is unlimited earning potential for successful candidates. You will earn a residual income on every lead purchased by a client you close. If they keep reordering leads, you keep earning residuals. If you sell them Real-Time leads at $20.00 each, you earn $4.00 for each lead purchased (20% commission) for as long as they keep reordering.
