Type Privately Held, Private Equity-backed. About the Role The Company is in search of a Vice President of Commercial Operations to spearhead the operational function of its US commercial business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving commercial excellence, revenue growth, and operational scalability. This pivotal role involves overseeing a range of activities, including revenue operations, CRM ownership, pipeline management, commercial governance, analytics, and sales enablement. The VP will also be instrumental in leading growth initiatives and will work closely with cross-functional leadership teams to ensure the success of the commercial transformation program. Qualifications To excel in this position, candidates must have a proven track record in leading commercial and revenue operations functions, with a strong focus on CRM, forecasting, reporting, and commercial governance. Experience in delivering measurable commercial improvements through KPI management, process optimization, and sales effectiveness initiatives is essential. Experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders across sales, finance, legal, marketing, and operations.
