Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and be responsible for monitoring patients' vital signs, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver effective care plans.
This position requires a commitment to a 7a - 7:30p shift with a total of 36 hours scheduled per week, with 24 hours guaranteed. Nurses may be required to float to similar units or locations as necessary. Candidates should be flexible with weekends and holidays based on facility needs.
Deliver patient-centered care to individuals in a Progressive Care Unit.
Assist with patient assessments, develop care plans, and monitor patient progress.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Monitor vital signs and report significant changes to the healthcare team.
Collaborate effectively with the nursing and healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and families on health management and self-care techniques.
Minimum of 24 months of experience in a Progressive Care Unit, with at least 12 months of recent experience.
Active Registered Nurse license in Arizona.
Current certifications in BLS and ACLS from an approved vendor.
No infractions on state license to practice.
Travel experience is highly preferred.
Candidates must adhere to all background check standards and provide documentation for the following:
Active license to practice in Arizona, verified within the last 30 days.
Completed PCU skills checklist within the last 12 months.
Current driver's license for residency verification.
