What You’ll Do As a Spanish-Speaking Personal Care Assistant / Caregiver, your responsibilities may include: Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Providing mobility assistance and safe transfers Offering companionship and emotional support Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping Helping maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe home Using a mobile app to clock in and document care Communicating clearly with clients, families, and our office team Maintaining dependable attendance and professional conduct Consistency matters. What We’re Looking For Spanish-speaking Personal Care Assistant / Caregiver candidates At least 1 year of caregiving or home care experience (preferred) CNA or HHA certification (preferred but not required — training available for the right candidate) Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance Reliable smartphone for care documentation Authorization to work in the United States Ability to pass a background check and drug screening We look for professionalism, accountability, compassion, and reliability. Experience is valuable, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn is essential.
