Child Development Instructional Specialist - Full Time Under the direction of an Administrator or designee, plan, organize, and evaluate learning experiences for Early Childhood Education students and children in a children’s center learning lab environment. Location Woodland Community College - Woodland, CA Required Qualifications Minimum 24 units ECE/Child Development, including core courses, 16 GE units, 6 units specialization, and 2 units adult supervision. Three units of Infant/Toddler coursework required by California Title 22 and a total of 350 days experience in a child‑care center within the past four years. Must maintain a Child Development Master Teacher Permit or equivalent, to be applied for within 30 days of hire. Valid First Aid, CPR & AED Certificate issued by an authorized agency. California Child Care Provider Health and Safety Certificate to be obtained within 30 working days of hire. Valid driver’s license and ability to provide transportation to assigned sites. Physical Demands Details are available upon request. Salary and Benefits Salary Range: $22.87 - $30.70 per hour (Steps 3‑11) based on experience and qualifications.
