Pay: $16.90-$23.37

EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED:

• Maintain main facility, as well as corporate offices, and locations not on campus in a sanitary and infection free condition through washing, cleaning, and replacement of equipment; responsible for the disposal of trash
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
• Perform other related work as required

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS:

• Ability to repetitively lift heavy equipment of 50 lbs
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members
• Positive attitude when working with others
• Knowledge of employment, safety, and warehouse policies

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS:

• To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, an employee must be able to perform the following: stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, climbing, crawling, walking, pulling, lifting, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion
• Heavy Work: Lifting up to 50 lbs rarely, 20 lbs occasionally, and 10 lbs frequently
• Work Environment: Works in hot and/or cold temperatures and occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions
