Join us to serve with purpose and build a rewarding career. What You Will Do Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents, maintaining the highest quality standards. Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants. Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations; and as required by the Director of Nursing. Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility. What You Need Current, active RN license in the state of residence. Current, active CPR certification. Customer‑service orientation with the ability to work well under pressure. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and maintain multiple projects with high quality and productivity. Excellent assessment and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
