Job Details Position Description: PT licensed professional is responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing treatment plans for patients in a skilled nursing facility. Certifications: Valid state license required. Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Location Requirements: Candidate must be able to start by 09/13/2026 and work through 12/11/2026. Schedule: Rotating shifts, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week. Additional Information: Candidates should demonstrate strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Required Qualifications: Valid state license, degree in Physical Therapy, 1 year of experience, able to start on 09/13/2026, work through 12/11/2026, and committed to rotating shifts. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in skilled nursing facilities preferred. Float: Float rotation may be required.
