Director, Congressional Policy & Advocacy

Vanguard is seeking a Director of Congressional Affairs to join its Global Public Policy team in Washington, D.C. The selected candidate will represent Vanguard's interests before Congress in a nonpartisan manner and develop strategies to advocate for the company's policy agenda. This hybrid role requires strong government relations experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships across the political spectrum.
