Senior Product Marketing Manager, Solutions

Define how Harvey solves real legal problems by translating product capabilities into workflows for law firms, in-house teams, and emerging solutions Translate features into end-to-end use cases and workflows for partners, associates, GCs, legal operations, and innovation leaders Partner with Product and Core Product Marketing on launches, roadmap conversations, and customer-problem- and outcome-based positioning Develop persona- and practice-area-specific messaging across segment sizes, geographies, and legal functions Enable Sales and Customer Success with solution-led messaging, demo storylines, and customer-ready materials for enterprise sales motions Partner with Demand Generation and Content on full-funnel campaigns, thought leadership, demand generation, and pipeline maturation Turn customer and field insights into solution definitions, messaging, and prioritization inputs for Product and GTM teams Requirements 6–8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, or a related role in B2B SaaS Proven experience marketing complex, workflow-driven products to enterprise buyers Ability to connect technical product capabilities to customer problems, outcomes, and business value Expertise in developing positioning and messaging and translating it into sales-facing and customer-facing assets across audiences, segments, and verticals Experience contributing to product launches, including adapting launch messaging for industries or personas and building supporting assets Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Product Marketing and Solutions Marketing within the B2B SaaS sector, focusing on translating complex product capabilities into effective messaging and workflows for diverse legal audiences. Proven ability to develop positioning, support product launches, and enable sales through customer-centric materials.
