Global Onboarding Architect for AI‑Driven Scale

Klaviyo is seeking a Global Onboarding Lead in Boston to design, build, and run a scalable onboarding experience for all new hires. You will work with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, IT, Finance and leaders to ensure a unified, high-impact program from pre-boarding through ramp. You will translate stakeholder input into a global curriculum, apply AI across content lifecycle, and measure program health to drive continuous improvement. #J-18808-Ljbffr Klaviyo
