This position is perfect for people with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant work, or call centers who enjoy helping customers and communicating over the phone. As a BDC Service Appointment Consultant, you will assist customers by phone and online chat with scheduling service appointments and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
