Practice Highlights

In this position, you will:

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine services

• Provide care for patients throughout their lifespan in a patient-centered environment

• Manage and develop an established patient panel

• Offer preventive care, routine health screenings, and chronic disease management

• Diagnose and treat a wide array of acute and chronic conditions

• Deliver health education, counseling, and appropriate follow-up care
