Fulfillment Coordinator

We are looking for a Fulfillment Coordinator for a top company out of their offices in Plantation FL! 

• Pay: $16/hour

Responsibilities: 

• Receive, inspect, and verify shipments for accuracy and damages upon arrival.
• Record delivery details, including tracking numbers, invoices, and shipment contents.
• Safely unload and move packages of different sizes, utilizing equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks when necessary.
• Sort and store incoming items – such as UPSP, FedEx, UPS and palletized items – in designated locations for easy retrieval.
• Communicate with vendors, couriers, and internal teams regarding delivery schedules and discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the receiving area.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damages to the appropriate personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies when handling deliveries.
• Assist with outgoing shipments, packing, and labeling as needed.
• Contribute to event support tasks occasionally, including coordinating with IT for A/V purposes, furniture set-up and tear-down, food and beverage set-up, and vendor coordination.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in warehouse receiving, logistics, or delivery handling is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 70 lbs.)
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic record-keeping.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
