Weekend - LVN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide home health care in Fort Worth, TX and surrounding areas. Pay Range: $19 - $36 per hour. These roles are available for full‑time and part‑time shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. Job Duties Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents in their homes according to the active plan of care provided by the physician and other appropriate personnel. Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments. Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordinate care among health professionals.
