This role will include oversight, management, and detailed review of complex income tax filings for individuals, trusts, family investment partnerships, gift, and estate tax returns, interpreting tax law changes, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The Tax Manager will be involved in developing tax-efficient strategies, managing client relationships, and overseeing a team of tax professionals./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliBuild and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients./liliReview complex tax filings for individuals, trusts, family investment partnerships, private foundations, estates and gift taxes./liliUnderstand clients financial goals, assets, and investment portfolios./liliProvide personalized tax planning and advisory services tailored to individual client needs./liliCommunicate complex tax concepts in an understandable manner to clients./liliConduct in-depth analysis of clients financial situations to identify tax planning opportunities./liliDevelop and implement tax-efficient strategies to minimize clients tax liabilities./liliEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws and regulations./liliSupervise and mentor junior tax staff./liliProvide guidance, training, and support to team members./liliReview the work of team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws./liliStay updated on changes in tax laws, regulations, and industry trends./liliConduct research on specific tax issues and provide recommendations to clients./liliAnalyze tax implications of various financial decisions, such as investments and estate planning./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pEducation:/pulliBachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
