Senior Litigation Paralegal

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected law firm in South Florida to identify an experienced Business Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys handling sophisticated and high-stakes commercial disputes. This is an exciting opportunity for a litigation professional who enjoys being involved in every stage of the litigation process. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive support to attorneys handling complex business and commercial litigation matters. Prepare, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, subpoenas, and related litigation documents. Manage all phases of discovery, including document collection, review, production, and e-discovery coordination. Assist with depositions, mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and trial preparation, including exhibit management and witness materials. Maintain case files, litigation calendars, and critical deadlines while ensuring compliance with court rules and procedures. Coordinate with clients, experts, vendors, opposing counsel, and court personnel throughout the litigation lifecycle. Conduct legal research, factual investigations, and case analysis in support of litigation strategy. Support trial teams through preparation and execution of complex litigation matters. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal with a focus on business, commercial, or complex civil litigation. Strong understanding of state and federal court procedures and litigation workflows. Experience with e-filing platforms, document management systems, and litigation support software. Ability to manage multiple active cases and competing deadlines with a high level of accuracy. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Paralegal certificate or degree preferred. Why Join This Team?
